Role Summary:
Lead the design, configuration, and execution of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream on Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. Oversee process analysis, system integration, client engagement, and team mentoring for OTC scope.

What Youll Do:
- Lead requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for OTC business processes
- Configure Oracle Order Management, Receivables, and Advanced Pricing/Collections modules
- Define and document FDDs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts for OTC processes
- Manage integration touchpoints with upstream/downstream systems via OIC/Boomi
- Drive conversion strategy for open orders, customer master data, and outstanding AR balances
- Lead CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles for OTC scope; triage and resolve defects
- Partner with technical teams on custom reports, extensions, and workflow requirements




- Provide OCM support-training materials, process flows, and end-user enablement for OTC processes
- Act as primary client-facing point of contact for OTC scope; manage stakeholder expectations and status reporting
- Mentor junior functional consultants on the OTC track

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 8-10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud OTC implementations
- Deep functional expertise in Order Management, Receivables, and Pricing modules
- Strong understanding of OTC integration patterns using OIC, Boomi, or similar middleware
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Positive to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with tax engines (Vertex, Avalara), EDI, and payment processing integrations
- Oracle Cloud certification in Order Management or Receivables
