Job Requirements Property Supervisor

Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing works.

Ability to identify and coordinate minor electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.

Willingness to undertake fieldwork, property inspections, and site visits.

Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.

Must be comfortable travelling between properties as required.

Ability to supervise housekeeping staff, caretakers, and maintenance workers.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Ability to handle tenant complaints and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsible for routine property inspections and maintenance follow-ups.

Ability to prepare inspection reports, checklists, and daily work updates.

Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and report preparation.

Punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Prior experience in property maintenance or facility management will be an added advantage.
