Job Tittle: US Staffing Recruiter Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

US Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Should be willing to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Ther role involves ensuring that the hiring process is efficient while providing positive candidate experience. The role will need to be organized to handle intake meetings with Talent Acquisition business partners to discuss location, pay, screening notes, expectations of the role

Essential Job Duties:

- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline for qualified candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.




- Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ad hoc activities to be assigned.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors/master’s degree

Experience: 1.5 years – 3 years

Shift Timings: 5:00PM – 2:00AM IST

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on US staffing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2-3 years equivalent work experience
- A solid understanding of overall HR and payroll processes, regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience managing and optimizing data flows and ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
