Sales Manager Personal Loan (DSA Sourcing)
Key Responsibilities:
Source Personal Loan business through DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Build and manage relationships with DSA partners to generate quality leads.
Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for timely loan processing.
Track market trends and expand the DSA network within the assigned geography.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Personal Loan sales.
Solid DSA and channel partner network.
Good understanding of sourcing, conversion, and disbursement processes.
Strong relationship management and target-driven approach.
