Honeybee Tech Solutions is hiring an experienced Technical / Sr. Technical Lead – Java for our reputed client GSLAB.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Java Technical Lead who can lead and mentor a Java development team while actively contributing to programming, coding, architecture, troubleshooting, and delivery of robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Java developers
Design, develop, and implement scalable Java applications
Participate actively in coding and technical solution design
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define project scope
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Ensure software quality through testing, documentation, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Identify and address application performance issues
Drive continuous improvement and technical innovation
Stay updated with Java and related technology trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

- B.Tech / B.E. in any stream or Computer Science / related discipline

Core Java & Spring Boot

- Robust hands-on experience with Core Spring Boot
- Auto-configuration
- Dependency Injection
- Embedded Servers

Spring Boot Frameworks

- Spring Security
- Spring Data JPA
- Caching

Backend Development

- Strong experience in RESTful API development
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts




- Design Patterns and software development best practices

Testing & Performance

- JUnit / Unit Testing
- Writing clean and maintainable test cases
- Identifying and resolving Java application performance issues

Database & ORM

- Strong knowledge of Relational Databases
- SQL
- ORM technologies

Leadership

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead
- Experience leading and mentoring Java development teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Version Control

- Git / Version Control Systems
