Job Description: Project Manager Training Rollout & PMU Operations

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (PMU base), with regular travel to circle locations

Experience: 8–12 years overall, with 6+ years managing multi-site delivery programs

Employment type: Full-time contractual for one year

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will plan, execute and close a large multi-location program, leading a cross-functional team to deliver on time, within budget and to the agreed quality and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the integrated project plan, milestones, budget and delivery schedule.
- Assign clear tasks, owners and deadlines, and track completion through regular follow-up.
- Lead, motivate and hold accountable a multi-disciplinary team and external vendors.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, reviews and escalations.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues and change requests proactively.
- Report progress through status reports and dashboards, and ensure formal closure and sign-off.
- Educational Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- MBA/PGDM in operations or project management (preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Training or capacity-building programs,



IT or platform rollouts,service-desk operations, andfamiliarity with the power distribution sector.
- Power Sector field experience(Prefered)

Skills

- Project planning, scheduling and critical-path management
- Budget, resource and vendor management
- Risk, issue and change control
- Positive hands on knowledge of Project Management tools (MS-Project,Project Libre etc).
- Tracking and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira or similar)
- SLA and service-desk management.
- Stakeholder communication, including with senior government or utility officials.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, written and spoken; knowledge of Marwari(Prefered)
