Job Description

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and fast-working Video Editor to join our team at The Brand Exact, a digital marketing agency working with multiple brands across different industries.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and understand how to create engaging video content for social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, and brand promotions. We need someone who can work efficiently, handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality edits without compromising on creativity.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media posts, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Create high-quality video creatives for Meta Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Work on product videos, promotional videos, brand campaigns, UGC-style videos, and other marketing content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music wherever required.
- Understand creative briefs and transform raw footage into compelling, performance-oriented video content.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver edits within tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing, creative, and social media teams to meet campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and creative styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience working as a Video Editor in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.




- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good understanding of short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to edit videos quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Understanding of transitions, pacing, typography, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and adapt editing styles for different clients.
- Solid time-management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is required.
