- Manage overall sales, revenue, margins, and business performance across Amazon, Blinkit, and other e-commerce channels.

- Identify and launch new marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, JioMart, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.

- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, orders, account health, and issue resolution.

- Plan and manage inventory across Amazon FBA, Blinkit warehouses/dark stores, and other marketplace warehouses to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.

- Manage product catalogue and listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, variations, categories, and listing quality.

- Plan and execute product launches, sales promotions, deals, offers, and major e-commerce events across different platforms.

- Monitor product pricing, discounts, platform fees, commissions, and margins to ensure healthy profitability across channels.

- Coordinate with Amazon, Blinkit, and other marketplace teams for account management, business growth, operational issues, and resolution of disputes.

- Manage returns, refunds, claims, lost/damaged inventory claims, and other marketplace-related issues until closure.

- Manage Amazon Brand Registry and support brand protection by identifying and reporting unauthorized sellers, counterfeit products, and listing violations.

- Coordinate with logistics, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure timely shipments, correct labelling, packaging, and delivery as per marketplace requirements.

- Work closely with Design, Content, Marketing, and Ads teams to improve product listings, product visibility, advertising performance, and sales.

- Monitor marketplace advertising campaigns with the Ads team and recommend improvements in budgets, targeting, and campaign performance.

- Track product ratings, reviews, sales trends,



and customer feedback and take suitable actions to improve product performance.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, inventory, pricing, claims, and performance reports.

- Analyse business data and prepare Plans of Action (POA) to improve sales, profitability, inventory, and overall marketplace performance.

- Maintain accurate marketplace records and tracking sheets and ensure all reports are updated on time.

- Create, implement, and maintain SOPs and processes for the E-commerce and Marketplace team.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external marketplace partners to ensure smooth and timely business operations.

- Continuously identify new opportunities to increase online sales, improve profitability, and expand the companys presence across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

- Passionate about pets and preferably a cat or dog parent.

- Experience working with a startup or fast-growing business, preferably in the pet care, kids, FMCG, or D2C space .

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Pi and marketplace analytics.

- Working knowledge of Vinculum ERP or similar e-commerce ERP systems.

- Experience in setting up and managing Amazon Global / international marketplace accounts .

- Experience in managing or launching quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.

- Solid experience managing marketplaces beyond Amazon, such as Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, JioMart , etc.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace growth, inventory, pricing, promotions, and profitability.
