2. Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and sharp Sales & Consulting Professional to handle inbound leads. In this role, you will act as a consultative partner rather than a transactional seller. You will handle fresh inbound lead calls generated by our digital marketing team, engaging directly with company Promoters, Founders, CFOs, and key decision-makers. You will evaluate business operations, understand financial structures, and consult clients on the optimal funding options for their growth.

3. Key Responsibilities & Core Work Profile

- Consultative Lead Handling: Engage immediately with fresh inbound calls/leads provided daily by the

digital team. Initiate high-value conversations with business promoters.

- Business & Financial Discovery: Analyze prospect business profiles, financial health, cash flow

requirements,



and business models to identify specific funding needs.

- Strategic Product Solutioning: Consult clients on the right funding options (e.g., Debt Syndication, Working

Capital, Structured Term Loans, Vendor Financing, Unsecured Business Loans).

- End-to-End Sales & Relationship Management: Drive conversion by articulating value propositions clearly,

handling objections professionally, and closing consulting sales calls.

- Pipeline & CRM Hygiene: Maintain clear CRM records of daily lead interactions, client notes, financial

metrics, and follow-up schedules.

- Inter-Team Coordination: Gather required financial documents and collaborate with internal underwriting

and credit teams for smooth transaction closure.

4. Desired Candidate Profile & Skills

- Consultative Sales Expertise: Strong sales conviction, active listening, objection-handling, and closing

capability tailored for financial advisory calls.

- Sharp & Prompt Execution: Agile, quick-thinking, and rapid on response timeessential for the fast-paced

financial industry.

- Promoter-Level Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (or regional languages). Capability

to build rapid rapport with senior business owners.

- Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields (Freshers with strong domain clarity and sales acumen are welcome).
