- Ensure timely and quality vehicle delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Manage technicians, service advisors and workshop staff.
- Control workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure proper warranty and insurance claim processing.
- Monitor spare parts, tools and workshop inventory.
- Maintain Tata Motors standards, SOPs and safety compliance.
- Track service revenue, labour sales and retention.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance monitoring.
