Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management, with a focus on automation, governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Manage Discovery schedules, MID Servers,



and CMDB health and governance.
- Develop integrations, workflows, and automations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Required Skills

- 5-12 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
- Strong understanding of MID Servers, CMDB data models, and CSDM.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Positive understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
