Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the configuration, development, testing, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management (ITSM), JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Reporting.

The role involves platform configuration, workflow automation, scripting, testing, documentation, and deployment activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and maintenance.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Write and maintain JavaScript for platform customizations and business requirements.
- Assist with functional testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and test documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other team activities.
- Support application deployments and releases,



following established change management and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver platform enhancements.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration and platform configuration.
- Valuable understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and processes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting fundamentals.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with technical documentation and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience and Qualifications

- 4-7 years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Practical experience supporting ServiceNow configuration, automation, scripting, and reporting activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile delivery environment
