Meenaar Global Consultants LLP (MGCLLP) is looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer to independently drive the tender-to-contract cycle for our growing organization in the Oil & Gas sector.

What we need:

3–8 years of hands-on experience in Tendering, Proposal Engineering & Contract Management

Solid command of API/ASME standards, EPCC/LSTK contract structures & cost estimation

Advanced Excel & CRM/bid management tool skills

Proven ability to independently manage bids from RFQ to contract award.

What you'll own:

End-to-end tendering & RFQ/RFP compliance

Techno-commercial proposal development — from cost estimation to client submission

Sales offer negotiation & technical/commercial query resolution

Contract review,



negotiation support & post-award variation management

Bid tracker, win-rate & pipeline reporting to management
