Aryu Enterprises is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a fresher, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls. You will interact with customers to promote our products and services, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers to promote products/services.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and promptly.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.




- Maintain a clear record of conversations with customers and clients.
- Answer inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide information.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic computer applications.
