We are looking for a high-energy, motivated, and capable Sales Agent to join our team in an in-office role in Thrissur, Kerala.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident in sales, communicates well, and is motivated by increasing their income through performance.

The primary responsibility of the role is to contact and follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into customers. Lead generation is not the primary responsibility of this role. The company will provide leads, and the Sales Agent will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining the product, answering questions, following up, preparing estimates, and closing sales.

The role will involve handling both B2B and B2C enquiries.

The product is an ancillary product used in the construction and landscaping industry. Full product and sales training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Contact leads provided by the company through telephone calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the product, its features, benefits, and applications clearly.
- Handle both B2B and B2C enquiries professionally.
- Prepare and share quotations/estimates with customers as required.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers and work towards converting enquiries into sales.
- Communicate with customers through telephone, WhatsApp, email, and other work-related channels.
- Maintain accurate customer information and regularly update lead and sales records.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer requirements.
- Work towards achieving individual and company sales targets.




- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong interest and ability in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, and English is required.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the telephone and in person.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to consistently pursue sales opportunities.
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and other basic digital tools.
- Ability to prepare estimates and quotations using Google Sheets or similar tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively with customers.
- Enthusiastic, disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn about the product and the construction/landscaping industry.
- General knowledge of construction, building materials, or landscaping will be an added advantage.
- Prior sales experience will be an advantage, but candidates with robust communication and natural sales ability are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Annual Compensation: 2,00,000 3,75,000

The exact compensation offered will depend on the candidate's educational qualification, relevant experience, communication skills, and suitability for the role.





The compensation package includes:

- Fixed salary component guaranteed monthly income.
- Sales commission additional earnings based on realised sales.
- Higher sales performance can result in higher overall earnings.

The role is designed for candidates who want to build their income through a combination of a stable fixed salary and performance-based incentives.

Training

Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided before the employee takes up the role independently.

Training will cover:

- Product knowledge
- Customer communication
- Sales techniques
- Handling customer questions and objections
- Preparing estimates and quotations
- Follow-up methods
- Sales conversion and order processing

This is a full-time, in-office position. Candidates must be willing to work from our office in Thrissur.
