Responsibilities

- Generate new business from mining, construction, infrastructure, railways, power, steel, cement, and industrial clients.
- Develop relationships with mining companies, contractors, OEMs, fleet owners, railway organizations, and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell:
- Heavy equipment spare parts
- Rebuilt/reconditioned engines
- Rebuilt transmissions
- Transmission solutions
- Undercarriage and ground-engaging components
- Reconditioned sub-assemblies
- Heavy equipment
- Engine and transmission overhaul/MRO services
- Long-term maintenance contracts

- Generate leads through market research,



customer visits, references, and industry networking.
- Understand customer equipment requirements, machine models, parts requirements, and service requirements.
- Prepare quotations in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Follow up on enquiries from initial requirement through quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with service teams for technical inspections and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM/customer records and submit regular sales reports.
- Travel extensively to customer and project sites when required.
