Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Interview Support Specialist with strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for supporting consultants throughout the interview process, coordinating with recruiters and candidates, and ensuring successful interview preparation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end interview support for US IT staffing candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare candidates for technical and client interviews based on the job requirements.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Help candidates understand job descriptions, client expectations, and interview processes.
- Monitor interview status and maintain accurate interview tracking reports.
- Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
- Coordinate with Bench Sales, Recruitment, and Account Management teams.
- Handle interview-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the interview cycle.
- Track submissions, interviews,



feedback, and placement progress.
- Ensure candidates are well-prepared and available for scheduled interviews.
- Support multiple candidates and interview processes simultaneously.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment / Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing lifecycle.
- Excellent knowledge of US IT job roles and technologies.
- Strong experience in candidate interview preparation and mock interviews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of US time zones and staffing terminology.
- Experience working with consultants, vendors, clients, and recruiters.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting candidates for client, vendor, and technical interviews.
- Experience in US IT staffing companies with high-volume interview coordination.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, OPT, CPT, H1B, and other US staffing processes.
- Experience handling senior-level consultants and difficult interview situations.

Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
