Job Summary To perform Analysis, Sampling and documentation in microbiology section

Reporting To (Designation) Section Manager

Job Responsibilities: 1. To maintain cGLP in Quality Control.

2. Preparation of validated load patterns of glassware, sampling

accessories, testing accessories, aseptic area garments and

microbiological media.

3. Isolation and identification of microbial isolates/GPT, AET, Culture

enumeration and Disinfectant efficacy test.

4. To perform environmental monitoring and Microbial Enumeration test.

5. Temperature monitoring of incubators, refrigerators freezers.

6. Calibration of instruments as per schedule.

7. To perform sampling and microbiological analysis of water sample.

8. To execute any other work assigned by HOD/ section manager.

9. To perform the trend analysis and media preparation.
