Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the banking or finance sector. If you have a solid understanding of banking processes, particularly loans

and financial products, and enjoy diving into data to uncover insights, we'd love to hear from you. Strong skills in documenting SOP's, Data Analysis, M365 Power Tools (Power Apps/Power Automate) and Power

BI reports.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various banking and finance processes.

• Analyze data to identify insights, and areas for improvement.

• Suggest process improvements and explore automation opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business and technical goals align.

• Understand technology and software applications and ideate recent processes with objective of process efficiencies.

• Develop clear and practical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), checklists and preparing policies.





• Lead meetings to discuss and review new suggested process improvement.

• Prepare process and workflows

• Give presentations, and training sessions with clients user groups.

• Keep up with industry changes and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For:

• An MBA in Finance or Inter CA qualification.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or finance industry.

• Good understanding of financial products, particularly banking sectors, loans.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI) and PowerTools will be an added advantage.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Requirement:

Knowledge of Power Apps or Power Tools would be an added advantage.
