Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UPI Payments Tester with solid knowledge of NPCI payment systems and digital banking channels. The candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end UPI transaction flows, payment processing, integrations, reconciliation, and settlement workflows while ensuring seamless customer experiences across banking applications. Should have experience in API Postman.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, system, integration, SIT, UAT, and regression testing for UPI applications.
- Validate end-to-end UPI transaction flows including: P2P (Person-to-Person), P2M (Person-to-Merchant), UPI Collect, Requests, Intent Flow, QR Payments, AutoPay Mandates, UPI Lite.
- Test customer onboarding, VPA creation, account linking, device binding, and UPI PIN management.
- Validate transaction status, reversals, refunds, dispute handling, and reconciliation processes.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger,



or similar tools.
- Execute database validation using SQL queries.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Log and track defects using JIRA/ALM and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Validate integrations with NPCI switch, Core Banking System, IMPS, BBPS, NACH, and other payment gateways.
- Prepare Daily Status Reports, Test Summary Reports, and Defect Metrics.
- Participate in production validation and deployment testing activities.
