Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Associate who is keen to build a career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment across roles (sourcing to closure)
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through various channels
- Engage with candidates and ensure a outstanding candidate experience
Required Skills & Background
Experience
- Experience working with ATS or recruitment platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit)
is an advantage
Skills
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening capability
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Structured approach to candidate evaluation and hiring processes
Languages
Fluency in English and Hindi
