Should have overall 15+ years experience in IT/cyber security, which includes 10+ years managing cyber security delivery and managed services engagements for large security programs. Proven track record managing multi-vendor, multi-location, and/or 24x7 security operations. Serves as the primary delivery point of contact for client security leadership.

- Should lead and manage a delivery team of security analysts, consultants.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned engagements Starting from planning to closure against agreed scope, timeline and cost.
- Establish and run delivery governance - operations reviews, weekly and monthly service reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBR) with client stakeholders.
