Main Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Operations role is critical to ensuring seamless inventory flow, order accuracy, and timely dispatch across our retail, e-commerce, and project channels while upholding the brands quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management

- Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, finished furniture, and accessories as per SOPs.

- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS conduct daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory.

- Monitor inventory aging, damage, and discrepancies initiate corrective actions and shrinkage control.

- Inbound & Outbound Operations

- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and factories for timely inbound shipments.

- Plan and execute picking, packing, and dispatch of B2B, B2C, and project orders with zero-defect packaging standards.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance for materials with shelf life or seasonal collections.

- Warehouse Efficiency & Safety

- Optimize warehouse layout, racking, and space utilization for bulky furniture SKUs.

- Implement 5S, GMP, and material handling best practices to prevent damage to high-value items.

- Enforce EHS guidelines, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with fire & safety norms.

- Team & Vendor Coordination

- Supervise warehouse associates, loaders, and contract labor for productivity and discipline.

- Liaise with transporters, partners, and installation teams for on-time delivery and reverse logistics.





- Train staff on handling premium products, white-glove delivery protocols, and barcode/RFID systems.

- Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare GRN, Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, and dispatch documentation.

- Ensure GST, EWB, and state permit compliance for inter-state movement.

- Generate MIS reports, inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT, and space utilization.

- Quality & Customer Focus

- Inspect goods for transit damage, finishing defects, or packaging issues before dispatch.

- Coordinate with QA and Customer Service for replacements, repairs, and escalations.

- Support store replenishment and project site deliveries to meet customer experience standards.

Requirements:

- 10-15 years in warehouse/fulfilment, preferably furniture, retail, or luxury goods

- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field

- Physical Demands: Ability to supervise handling of heavy furniture occasional site visits
