About the Role

We are looking for multilingual Tele Calling Executives to handle customer interactions, explain NoBroker services, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into customers.

Important: This role requires proficiency in English along with at least one regional language. Candidates who speak only Hindi or only English are not eligible.

Language Requirements – Mandatory

Preferred language combinations (highest priority):

- English + Hindi + Kannada
- English + Hindi + Telugu
- English + Tamil

Candidates proficient in English and any of the above regional languages will be given the highest preference.

Other requirements:

- English communication is mandatory.
- Candidates must speak at least one additional relevant language fluently.
- Candidates who speak only Hindi or only English will not be considered.
- Candidates must be comfortable communicating with customers over voice calls in their preferred languages.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain NoBroker services.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and lead updates in CRM tools.




- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility & Skills

- Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Age: 18–30 years.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and at least one additional language.
- Strong customer-handling, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Comfortable using CRM and calling tools.
- Must not be pursuing any full-time, part-time, online, or distance-learning course.
- Must not be currently engaged in real estate business or property brokerage.

Work From Home Requirements – Mandatory

- Personal laptop or desktop.
- Stable Wi-Fi/broadband connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
- Quiet and suitable workspace for handling customer calls.
- Ability to work independently from home.

Work Schedule

- 6-day working week.
- Saturday and Sunday are working days.
- One rotational weekly off between Monday and Friday.
- Leaves are generally not approved during the first 3 months, except in emergencies.
