The Role

We're hiring a senior forward deployed engineer (FDE) for the Wingman team, with a backend engineering background and experience building and deploying AI agents. Your key responsibility is developing and deploying numerous AI agents for the Wingman team, working closely with customers and turning real-world challenges into scalable solutions.

- Level: Senior (4+ years experience) - SDE2/SDE3/Senior SDE profile, startup background preferred
- Location: Bangalore (Work From Office, 5 days/week)
- Headcount: 3

What You'll Do

- Develop and deploy numerous AI agents for the Wingman team
- Work directly with customers to understand technical and business challenges and turn them into scalable solutions
- Own projects end-to-end, from requirements to deployment and iteration
- Debug complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and workflows





What We're Looking For

- Solid backend engineering background
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production
- Startup background strongly preferred
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
