Own the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) of Pilfer Proof Containers (PFCs) & Automations, from product strategy, design, development, commercialization, deployment, field support, upgrades, and end-of-life management.

Define product roadmap based on business strategy, customer needs, regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and emerging technologies to maximize business value.

Develop and finalize product specifications in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Digital, Regulatory, and external technology partners.

Lead New Product Development (NPD), product validation, pilot deployments, commercialization, and nationwide rollout while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost optimization.

Drive techno-commercial evaluation of new products, technologies, vendors,



and business opportunities through feasibility studies, ROI analysis, business case development, and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments.Role & responsibilities

- Proven experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Current Product Development (NPD), product commercialization, cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and techno-commercial decision-making.
- Desirable: Experience in Fuel Retail, Door-to-Door Diesel Delivery, IoT-enabled Products.
