Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall branch operations and profitability.
- Drive and participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products with the team to improve brand visibility.
- Plan, conduct and monitor branch field-level marketing activities to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion and branch growth.
- Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retention of existing customers.
- Conduct error-free valuation/appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in branch with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and auditing compliance.
- Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping pledged securities as per company policies.
- Responsible for keeping NPAs under control through strong follow-ups from customers for interest collections.




- Valuable planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch and to develop cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
- Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing timely feedback on their performance.
- Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and taking necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
- Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCDs, Gold Coins sale etc.
- 100% process compliance in valuation at the branch.

Qualifications

- 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
