About the Role

We are hiring for a growing financial services company for its DSA Sales team. The role involves sourcing and managing loan business through DSA/channel partners and direct customer references.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and source leads for LAP, Business Loans, Home Loans and other loan products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSA/channel partners.
- Handle the sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
- Candidate Profile

- [13] years of experience in Loan Sales / DSA Sales / Channel Sales / Financial Services.
- Experience in LAP, Business Loans,



Home Loans or other lending products will be preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field/channel sales.
- Candidates with experience in DSA/loan distribution will be preferred.
