- Hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation, rollouts, or production support projects.
- End-to-end configuration of SAP TM modules including Order Management, Freight Planning & Optimization, Execution, and Charge Management/Settlement.
- Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and map logistics processes into SAP TM best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules (SAP ERP/S4_HANA, SD, MM, EWM, and PM) and external systems via EDI/IDocs.
- Prepare test scripts, execute unit/integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage data migration objects specific to TM.
- Provide hyper care and post-go-live support, troubleshooting complex transactional and master data issues.
- Create high-quality functional specifications, technical briefs, user training manuals,



and process flows.
- Hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation, rollouts, or production support projects.
- Deep understanding of Strategic Freight Management, Freight Order Management, and Planning (Optimizer).
- Strong grip on Charge Management, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement (Invoicing).
- Robust understanding of the SAP BOPF (Business Object Processing Framework), PPF (Post Processing Framework), and FPM (Floorplan Manager) screens.
- Experience with Embedded TM in S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in configuring TM master data (Locations, Business Partners, Zones, Lanes, and Resources).
