Hiring: HR Manager

Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Salary: 20,000- 25,000 per month
Time: 10AM- 7PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily HR operations and end-to-end recruitment.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate selection and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management.
- Handle payroll coordination and employee documentation.
- Manage employee queries, grievances and engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Prior experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Healthcare/hospital industry experience preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Kota-based candidates preferred.
