- Training Delivery: Conduct high-quality theory and practical training sessions in Solar PV technology.
- Hands-on Instruction: Train students in solar panel installation, wiring, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Product Innovation: Guide trainees in assembling/making Solar Lanterns, Solar Study Lamps, Solar Kisan Torches, Solar Inverters, and other solar products.
- Administration: Maintain proper training documentation, attendance, assessments, and trainee performance records.
- Student Success: Support student mobilization, career counseling, and job placement activities.
- Lab Management: Ensure safety, proper use, and regular maintenance of all center training equipment.
- Mobilization and Placement Activity- support in mobilization and placement activity.
