Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
- Support data migration, enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on developments.

Required Skills:

- Solid experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
- Hands-on experience in OTC processes, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Output Management.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of integrations with MM and FI modules.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects.
- Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, and SAP Fiori.
- SAP SD Certification is a plus.
