Qualifications : B.Tech
Safety Diploma Mandatory from a recognized State Board Candidates with ADIS / PDIS / RLI / CLI qualifications are eligible
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Corporate Safety Governance across residential & commercial properties.
- Develop and implement Safety Policies, SOPs, Standards & Risk Management Frameworks.
- Monitor Fire & Life Safety, Electrical, MEP, Building & Infrastructure Safety.
- Conduct corporate audits, risk assessments and ensure CAPA/NCR closure.
- Drive Emergency Preparedness, Mock Drills & Crisis Management.
- Manage Contractor/Vendor Safety and Permit-to-Work systems.
- Ensure statutory safety and fire compliance.
- Investigate major incidents, conduct RCA and implement preventive actions.
- Develop Safety KPIs, Risk Index & Management Dashboard for senior leadership.
- Guide and mentor site-level Safety/FMS teams across multiple properties
