Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the HR function and partner with management to drive business and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end HR function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll coordination and Compliance.
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring effective performance and delivery.
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, sourcing,



selection and onboarding.
- Oversee statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Gratuity and Labour Laws.
- Manage performance appraisals, KRA/KPI, employee engagement and retention.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor HR MIS, attrition, headcount and other HR metrics.

Requirements:

- 5 - 8 years of overall HR experience with proven team management exposure.
- Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, performance management and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors would be preferred.
