Job Role:

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International US Voice & Chat Process- International BPO in Pune. The role involves handling international customers, understanding their technical concerns, providing troubleshooting support, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound international customer calls professionally.
- Understand and troubleshoot customer technical issues.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries.
- Follow standard troubleshooting and customer service processes.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet process quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update the required systems.

Candidate Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer Service.
- Experience in International BPO / International Customer Service.
- Prior experience in an International Voice Process preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.
- Candidates willing to work from the Pune office can apply.
