Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead with solid expertise in the Banking and Payments domain to lead large-scale payment transformation and delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder governance, vendor management, and cross-functional teams within banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of banking and payments projects.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within timelines and budget.
- Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and status reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate UAT, production rollout,



and post-implementation support activities.
- Manage resource planning, budgeting, and vendor engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and project execution.

Required Skills

- Strong experience as a Project Manager/Delivery Lead in the Banking domain.
- Extensive knowledge of Payments including:
- SWIFT
- RTGS
- NEFT
- IMPS
- UPI
- Domestic & Cross-border Payments
- Payment Processing Systems

- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation or payment modernization programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Risk, issue, and dependency management expertise.
- Experience in vendor and third-party management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
- Prior experience working with leading banks or financial institutions.
