We are urgently looking for an HR Compliance Executive / Officer with robust practical knowledge of PF and ESIC compliance, particularly challan preparation, statutory calculations, filings and related documentation.

Candidates with experience working in a PF/ESIC compliance consultancy, payroll services firm or statutory compliance service provider are preferred.

We also welcome applications from women looking to restart their careers after a break due to maternity or childcare responsibilities, provided they have the required practical knowledge and are comfortable handling the role independently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle PF and ESIC compliance activities, including monthly calculations, challan preparation, verification and timely payments.
- Prepare and process PF and ESIC contributions, returns and related statutory documentation.
- Work on EPFO and ESIC portals for compliance-related activities.
- Maintain employee records, statutory registers and supporting documents.
- Handle other applicable statutory compliances such as Professional Tax (PT),



Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus and Gratuity.
- Coordinate with consultants, government authorities and auditors for compliance-related matters.
- Resolve PF/ESIC discrepancies and employee queries related to statutory benefits.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of compliance activities.

Candidate Requirements :

- B.Com / M.Com or a relevant graduate qualification.
- 1 - 5 years of hands-on experience in PF and ESIC compliance.
- Prior experience in a compliance consultancy or statutory compliance service provider is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of PF/ESIC calculations, challan preparation, filings and portal operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and statutory documentation.
- Ability to independently handle compliance tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Women returning to work after a career break are encouraged to apply if their experience and practical skills match the requirements.
