Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Logistics to manage day-to-day logistics operations, coordinate transportation and deliveries, track shipments, and ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for ensuring on time delivery of stock to the branches
- Plan and monitor the movement of goods between warehouses, branches, vendors, and other designated locations.
- Follow-up and get the GRN done for the stock delivered to the branches.
- Will be working as a bridge between warehouse and Branches
- Manage branch escalations and ensure resolution with timelines.
- Coordinate with branch managers and principles for handling issues related to books and uniform




- Should have positive data analysis skills and strong in overall data management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
- Good knowledge of transportation coordination, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
