Sales & Onboarding + Collection Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Onboarding + Collection Executive to join our team. The role involves customer acquisition and onboarding along with timely collection follow-ups and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Onboarding

- Identify and engage potential customers through calls, references, and field interactions.
- Explain products/services and convert prospects into customers.
- Complete customer onboarding and documentation as per process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.

Collection & Customer Management

- Follow up with customers for timely payments and outstanding dues.




- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding payment schedules.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Collections, Customer Service, BPO, BFSI, Mobility, FinTech, or similar industries.
- Graduate preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with customer interaction and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.
- Candidates comfortable with both sales and collection responsibilities will be preferred.
