Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage site engineering activities, including planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction projects.

- Oversee building construction processes from foundation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress against milestones and identify potential issues for resolution.

- Ensure effective labor control measures are implemented to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.

- Robust understanding of civil engineering principles, including building codes and regulations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
