We are currently hiring an Architect (Prefab / Modular Construction) for one of our clients.

Job Title: Architect
Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
Experience: 3-5 Years

Role Objective

We are looking for an experienced Architect with robust skills in architectural design, 3D visualization, and working drawings. The candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape or V-Ray, along with a good understanding of architectural detailing and prefab/modular construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural and working drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Create 3D models, designs, and visualizations for projects.
- Prepare execution-ready drawings and incorporate design revisions.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure designs are practical, accurate, and suitable for site execution.
- Review site conditions and incorporate necessary changes into drawings.
- Support design development for prefab and modular construction projects.
- Prepare presentations and visual materials for client/design discussions.
- Maintain drawing revisions and ensure timely submission of updated drawings.

Technical Requirements

- AutoCAD Mandatory
- SketchUp Mandatory
- Enscape or V-Ray Mandatory
- Experience in 3D Design & Visualization




- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing
- Good understanding of architectural design principles
- Knowledge of working drawings and construction documentation
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and systems

Mandatory Knowledge

- Basic understanding of structural systems and load paths
- Basic understanding of structural connections and detailing
- Basic understanding of prefab and modular construction principles
- Basic understanding of construction materials and systems
- Basic understanding of site execution and constructability
- Basic knowledge of GFC and execution-level drawings
