Experience: 4-8 Years (ideally 2+ years in Growth Product Management)

Key Skills Required:

- Growth Product Management and Product-Led Growth (PLG)
- Ownership of the complete funnel: Traffic Signup Activation Conversion
- User Acquisition, Onboarding and Retention
- A/B Testing and Experimentation
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Funnel Optimization
- Growth Loops and Self-Serve SaaS Products
- Strong analytical skills with measurable business impact

Preferred Background: Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Business or MBA (optional).

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Product Manager who has independently owned growth experiments, improved product metrics, and demonstrated measurable results.

Not Suitable: Brand or Performance Marketing professionals without hands-on product ownership experience.
