D365 CRM with PowerApps Job Description

We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE Developer with PowerApps experience to join our team. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, along with expertise in Power Apps, Dataverse, plugins, workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions.
- Work extensively on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and related CRM modules.
- Develop and customize Power Apps, including Model-driven and Canvas Apps.
- Design and develop Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
- Develop C# plugins, custom workflows and custom actions for Dynamics 365.
- Work with JavaScript, Web API and REST APIs for CRM customizations and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues in D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development,



testing and deployment.
- Follow best practices for CRM customization, Power Platform development and ALM.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–12 years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE Development
- Strong experience in Power Apps
- Experience with Dataverse
- Strong knowledge of C# / .NET
- Experience developing D365 Plugins and Workflows
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API / REST APIs
- Experience with Power Automate
- Understanding of CRM integrations and customization
- Good understanding of Power Platform development and ALM

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong development experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE along with PowerApps. Profiles with only PowerApps development experience and no hands-on D365 CRM development experience will not be considered.
