About the RoleWe are looking for Frontend, Backend and Full Stack Developers with strong software development fundamentals and hands-on experience building and delivering production applications.

Tech Stack

- Frontend:
- Web development using React, Next.js
- Hybrid mobile app development using React Native

- Backend: API and server-side application development using Python
- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Cloud: AWS / GCP
- DevOps: Docker and containerized application development, CI/CD setup

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain production-quality applications.
- Build scalable and responsive frontend and/or backend solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases and application data.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.
- Produce clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews and development discussions.
- Use AI tools and AI agents effectively during software development to improve productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and delivery.
- Stay updated with modern development and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Required Experience





- 2-3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong experience in Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack development, depending on the role.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Experience working with at least one of the cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in effective usage of AI agents for software development is mandatory.
- Practical understanding of Generative AI and Agentic applications.
- Strong understanding of Git and modern software development practices.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

- Experience building AI-powered applications.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agent workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Exposure to microservices or distributed application architecture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
