Genesis Technology Services India is looking for an experienced Ericsson RAN Lead Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) operations, database build, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

The role holder will be technically competent in RAN databuild and integration activities, with strong knowledge of Ericsson RAN technologies and 4G/5G networks. The candidate will be responsible for configuration, scripting, data quality validation, network integration, issue troubleshooting, and ensuring successful implementation of RAN changes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform RAN databuild, configuration, integration, and commissioning activities for Ericsson network elements.
- Prepare and validate RAN configuration data according to network requirements and deployment guidelines.
- Perform 4G/5G RAN integration and support network rollout activities.
- Work on Ericsson RAN / eNodeB / 4G / 5G configuration and troubleshooting.
- Develop and execute scripts for configuration, validation, and automation of RAN activities.
- Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies in configuration and network databases.
- Troubleshoot RAN integration, configuration, connectivity, and performance-related issues.
- Support fault isolation and resolution in coordination with NOC, field teams, transmission, and other technical teams.
- Analyze alarms, logs, configuration parameters, and network data to identify root causes.
- Perform configuration audits and ensure accuracy and consistency of network data.
- Support planned network changes, upgrades, migrations, and integration activities.




- Maintain technical documentation, implementation records, and configuration reports.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely completion of assigned RAN activities.
- Provide technical support during network rollout, optimization, and maintenance windows.
- Ensure all activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality parameters.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Telecom/RAN engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN technologies.
- Good understanding of 4G LTE and 5G RAN architecture and functionality.
- Experience with eNodeB and/or 5G network elements.
- Strong knowledge of RAN configuration, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in RAN databuild and configuration management.
- Valuable scripting/automation skills for RAN configuration and validation activities.
- Experience in network data validation and data quality checks.
- Good understanding of RAN parameters, alarms, KPIs, and basic performance troubleshooting.
- Exposure to BTS/RAN deployment and maintenance activities.
- Experience working with Ericsson tools and network management systems will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Nokia RAN is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.
