Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Databricks-based development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, training, deploying, and monitoring ML models using Databricks Lakehouse Platform, Python, PySpark, and modern AI frameworks.

Roles Responsibilities

- Develop, train, validate, and deploy Machine Learning models.
- Build predictive analytics, classification, recommendation, and NLP solutions.
- Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and model optimization.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to solve business problems.
- Develop data processing and ML workflows using Databricks.
- Utilize Delta Lake, Databricks Notebooks, and Databricks Workflows.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark.
- Collaborate with data engineers to prepare AI-ready datasets.

Technical Requirement

- 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML Development
- Solid programming skills in Python




- Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark
- Experience building and deploying ML models
- Good understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle
- Exposure to GenAI/LLM use cases preferred

Additional Responsibility

- Experience with RAG, LangChain, or AI Agents.
- Knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps practices.
- Exposure to Delta Live Tables and Unity Catalog.
- Experience working with Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
- Databricks Certified Associate/Data Engineer certification is a plus.
