Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Configure and manage real-time and batch audience segmentation leveraging Adobe RTCDP.
- Build, test, and deploy omnichannel campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Web.
- Develop personalization strategies using customer profiles, behavioral data, and business rules.
- Configure event-based triggers and journey orchestration workflows.
- Work with Adobe Experience Platform schemas, datasets, identities, and profile management.
- Integrate AJO with external systems such as CRM, CDP, Data Warehouses, APIs, and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Implement offer decisioning and content personalization within customer journeys.
- Troubleshoot journey execution issues, profile qualification, segmentation, and data ingestion problems.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize customer experience and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, marketers, and data engineering teams.

- Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications
