Job Details

- Position: International Voice Process Customer Experience Associate II
- Location: BengaluruBengaluru
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: Night / Rotational Shift
- Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs
- Employment Type: 3-Month Contract Role

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Qualification:12th Pass / PUC / Intermediate / Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
- Age: 19 to 32 Years
- Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Candidates from any domain are welcome to apply

Key Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills
- Interest in building a career in the International BPO industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts
