Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, space plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, including furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, flooring layouts, electrical layouts, and interior elevations.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and colour schemes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable building regulations.
- Monitor project progress, material quality, and interior finishing work.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, cost estimates, and design presentations.
- Review contractor drawings and resolve design-related issues at the site.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material selection, procurement, and installation.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings,



revisions, approvals, and project records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in interior design and execution, preferably with a real estate developer or construction company.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, space planning, and interior execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in residential, commercial, show flat, sample flat, or sales office interior projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and designs
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external consultants.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
