Position: Management Trainee - Warehouse/Distribution Centre
Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations

Experience: 0-1 Year

Location: Warehouse (V2 Retail Ltd), Old Delhi Road, Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal, Kolkata - 712203

Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to warehouse operations
- Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel and internal systems
- Monitor and track inward, outward, inventory movement, and stock reconciliation under the guidance of senior team members
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of operational reports to management
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to understand processes and validate data
- Support internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements
- Gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, reporting standards,



and operational controls
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate/Postgraduate (Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred)
- Basic to intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn warehouse operations, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Time management and reporting discipline

Compensation Details: 20000-45000 per month

Working Days: 6 days
